Thailand's Bueng Chawak Aquarium with 109 photos.
Suphan Buri is one of Thailand's most centralized provinces located 160km northeast from central Bangkok. Doem-Bang, Nang-Buat is a district to the north of Suphan Buri and is the home of Bueng Chawak Chalerm Phra kiet, a 1.7 square mile freshwater lake. Around this lake, you will find many attractions to see and do, including Bueng Chawaks Aquarium. There are three buildings situated here, each containing a variety of aquatic species in an assortment of different sized aquariums. And then there's a sanctuary and lake with over 80 crocodiles. There are many highlights here at this aquarium including. The tallest cylindrical fish tank of its kind in Thailand. A massive 9-meter tall aquarium which needs an escalator to travel up and down. And a 6-meter wide tunnel for the sharks considered being one of the widest in the world. This book covers a family's day out at Bueng Chawaks Aquarium and can be used as a study aid for research as it contains an impressive diversity of aquatic animals on display.
